Levels for monotherapy are recommended to be between 200 and 300 pg/mL at trough. Levels when used with an anti-androgen are recommended to be above 100 pg/mL at trough.
Lenzetto is known to be terrible for (transfeminine) hormone replacement therapy. Seek alternatives such as injections when possible.
